Beoparts-shop is in no way authorized by- or affiliated with Bang & Olufsen A/S, nor is Beoparts-shop a seller or a reseller of Bang & Olufsen products.
The Bang & Olufsen company name and the product names Beocord, Beomaster, Beocenter, Beovox etc. are property of Bang & Olufsen A/S Denmark and are used in the Beoparts-shop webshop as references merely to identify the products for which the parts in the webshop will work.

Prices
All prices are in Euros (€ / EUR).
For visitors from within the EU the prices are shown including VAT in compliance with the current VAT rate for the actual country.
Visitors from the UK will see the prices including UK VAT.
The final total will only be calculated and shown, when you enter your shipping country and address details during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse your order in the event of mispricing on the website, or if an ordered item has been sold out or taken off the shelves.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior consent.

Payment
Beoparts-shop.com accepts payment with VISA, Maestro and MasterCard through the services of Paylike.io
Payments using Paypal (and credit cards related to Paypal) and direct bank transfers are also accepted.
Additionally, orders selected for Free Local Pickup can also be payed using cash or Mobilepay.
The payment will not be captured or deducted from your card until the ordered items have been shipped or picked up.

Delivery
At Beoparts-shop.com we will do what we can to process and send orders no later than three working days after ordering.

German Verpackungsgesetz (Packaging Act)
Beoparts-shop is a registered producer complying with the german “Verpackungsgesetz” (Packaging Act), effective from july 1st 2022.
Beoparts-shop is happy to accept the returning of all used packing materials (envelopes, cartons, tape, plastic bags, fill material etc.) originally sent out by Beoparts-shop from buyers based within the EU.
Used packaging materials can be returned to Beoparts-shop at the address found on your Beoparts-shop invoice at buyers cost.

Consumer rights
Consumer rights apply in accordance with applicable laws.
Beoparts-shop will go a long way to solve eventual problems or concerns, and in the eventual case we urge you to use the contact form.

Returns
Customers are entitled to return an item due to material failure or product defects. The customer may get the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
In case an item needs to be returned for one of the above mentioned reasons, our company will cover the return costs assuming they are reasonable.

The customer is also entitled to return an item, if the customer regrets ordering the item or if the item was purchased by mistake. All expenses related to the returning of an item for one of such reasons, all shipping costs, customs charges etc, are to be covered by the customer.

Customers are not entitled to return items due to problems or defects that are the result of improper handling, storing or use of the product.

You must notify us about a problem or a defect within reasonable time after discovering it.
